    NHS Fife Psychology courses are currently running throughout Fife. These courses are free, held in a number of community-based locations, and are open to adults living in Fife. Anyone interested in attending can book onto a course online, via email or over the phone. Courses include:

    • Step on Stress (stress and anxiety course, 3 x 1.5hour classes).
    • Back on TRAC (low mood course, 6 x 1.5hour classes).
    • Assertiveness (1x 2hour class).
    • Improving Wellbeing (1x 1.5hour class).
