It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E.) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are long-term neurological conditions that can have a destabilising effect on a persons life. Action for M.E are running an informal drop-in session for anyone who lives with M.E or CFS in Fife. At this event you will be able to meet up with other people who are living with M.E or CFS, hear useful tips from Keith Anderson, ME nurse, hear more about the services and support available to help cope with your condition and finally join in on some pampering or art work.
