This event is being organised by About Dementia: Shaping our worlds together
It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.Housing is one of the biggest challenges facing people with dementia today. This is not just about bricks and mortar, but about your home, your family and your community. About Dementia is looking at ways to make it easier for people to stay at home for longer, in a home that works for you, and with the support you need to live independently.
They hope you can join them for their next Housing and Home group. They will be looking at what is working well for you locally, what could be improved, and how to work together to make these changes happen.
