    This two day training session delivered in partnership with See Me explores the different forms stigma can take, how the voice of experience can influence change and perhaps most importantly supports participants to explore and practice sharing their own story.

    This two-part training will cover the following points. Participants must be able to attend both days. 

    Session 1: Tuesday 14th, 2-4.30pm at FVA Glenrothes

    • Introduction to See Me & Mental Health Stigma & Discrimination
    • What works in ending stigma and discrimination

    Session 2: Tuesday 21st January, 2-4.30pm at FVA Glenrothes

    • Understanding your power to influence change
    • Tailoring your experiences & skills to tackle mental health stigma and discrimination
