    Post: Office Manager/Volunteer Coordinator

    Hours: 32 per week

    Salary: £19,985 - 22,843 per annum pro rata

    Families First is a small independent charity, based in St Andrews, working with children aged 5-16 years, living in north east Fife, who have additional support needs. The challenges children face include Autism, poor physical and mental health, social problems such as poverty and isolation. Families First is looking to recruit an Office Manager/Volunteer Coordinator to work as a member of their team, taking the lead on administrative systems, HR and volunteer recruitment and retention. Candidates should have relevant business, administrative, secretarial or equivalent qualification SCQF level 9 or above, as well as an HR qualification SCQF level 8/9 or above.
