    Post: Support Practitioner - Driver

    Hours: full-time and part-time available

    Salary: £17,745

    You will join an experienced team full of enthusiastic staff that will mentor you, provide guidance support and you will also receive excellent training including a VQ in social care and CALM training. There is a wide range of shifts and they are looking for staff who are flexible to the needs of the service which includes weekends, sleepovers, long days, early shifts, late shifts and waking nights.

    The supported individuals lead very active lives and are out and about with the community daily. They enjoy activities like walking no matter the weather, skating, swimming and the list goes on, there is not much they won`t try!

    A valid driver`s licence is essential for this post.
