Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Equality Pathfinders are organisations (including teams within larger organisations) taking part in a free, voluntary and non-competitive recognition scheme leading the way in making Fife a fair, equal and inclusive place to live, work and study.
You will have experience of working with a range of client organisations to deliver corporate accreditation activities. You’ll have either relevant qualifications or training and bring a sound practical knowledge of equality, diversity, inclusion and human rights from an employment perspective. You’ll have the skills to utilise analytics and develop strategies, policies and training to help organisations across Fife build their capacity and capability in the advancement of equality and inclusion in the workplace.
Specific funding has been secured for the delivery of this exciting initiative and the position is fixed term until end of June 2020.
