    Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Our Customer Accounts team is responsible for the maximisation of income for the Kingdom Group, providing tenants with advice on Welfare Reform and assisting our tenants to sustain their tenancies.

    As a Customer Accounts Officer, you will work to reduce arrears, maximise revenue and provide excellent customer service to our customers. In this role you will work closely with other departments and external agencies to build relationships and deliver our strategic objectives. You'll also be required to keep up to date with current legislation and provide accurate and relevant advice to both our internal and external customers. About You You must have strong communication skills, have experience in administration and work well as part of a team. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to use computerised systems and ideally have an SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Administration or a similar subject. You'll also have a sound knowledge of Universal Credit and preferably have some knowledge of other benefits. For this post you will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Disclosure Scotland check.
