News/Events Category: General NewsIf you live in Fife and receive social care/Self-directed Support (SDS) you may receive a survey in the post about your experiences called ‘My Support, My Choice 2019’. This survey is part of some research being carried out by two independent charities, Self Directed Support Scotland and Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE). If you choose to participate your input is anonymous, and responses will be used to form a report based on the experiences of those accessing social care/SDS from across Scotland. the survey organisers believe that reporting progress based on your experience is not only powerful but vital to improving social care/SDS in the future.
