    Post: Administration Officer

    Hours: 18 per week

    Salary: £20,325 - £22,397 per annum (pro rata)

    The skills and attributes they are looking for are:

    • A high level of skill and knowledge in all stages of the recruitment process, including current employment legislation. 
    • A solution focused approach to your work and your interactions with others. You will be positive and enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
    • An ability to plan and organise your workload, manage competing demands, work to tight deadlines and work with minimum supervision.
    • Competent in the use of customised databases and proficient in developing processes and workflows.
    • Experience of confidential minute taking.
    • An ability to produce management report and statistics.

    Previous experience of iTrent and a current UK driving licence is desirable.
