    Post: Administrator (Part-time)

    Hours: 32 hours over 4 weeks

    Salary: £10.00 per hour

    You will provide general administration support to the Foodbank Co-ordinators to enable the smooth running of the project. This requires:

    • Manage general correspondence, supply of vouchers, diaries and donations;
    • Assist with funding applications, volunteer documentation;
    • Arrange school visits involving transportation, volunteer cover, certificates, printing;
    • Liaise with partner agencies;
    • Collect data, create reports and archiving.

    Good administrative, IT skills and social media usage are essential. Ability to deal with all sections of the public including vulnerable groups is desirable. The project is affiliated to the Trussell Trust and the successful candidate would be required to evidence these principles within the role.
