Fife's Health and Social Care Partnership are holding the next 'Inspiration Afternoon' for anyone who has attended Personal Outcomes/Good Conversations training on Thursday 6th June 2019 starting with lunch together (bring your own!) at 1pm. The session will start at 1.30pm finishing at 4.30pm.
Venue: Thistle Hall, Lynebank Hospital, Halbeath Road, Dunfermline KY11 8JThe atmosphere will be very informal and you can expect to learn together from mistakes as well as good practice; a safe place to have a go. Attendees will divide into small groups to try out the conversational skills/tools with a small group facilitator to support. People can bring live/current scenarios they are dealing with (all personal details anonymised). Sample documentation, prompts, templates that may be helpful will be provided.
The aim is that people will feel re-energised and inspired to recognise how they can use a personal outcomes approach where they are currently, in the midst of busy working lives.
