Hours: 24 hours per week
Salary: £22,464 - £25,128 per annum (pro-rata)
(*Please note this is a progressive salary scheme and successful candidates will start on the bottom scale)
Due to additional funding to increase the capacity of the support available to women who have been referred to the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference process in Fife, Fife Women’s Aid are looking for a Women’s Support Worker (who following the successful completion of their probationary period will move into the MARAC team).
If you want to help make a difference in the lives of women, children and young people with experience of domestic abuse, have direct experience of providing one to one person-centered support, an understanding of the causes and impacts of domestic abuse along with good interpersonal skills then you may be the person we are looking for.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a range of multi-agency partners essential. The post is initially funded until 31 March 2020.
Membership of Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme is a requirement of this post.
