    Post: Customer Accounts Officer

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £23,021 - £25,030

    As a Customer Accounts Officer, you will work to reduce arrears, maximise revenue and provide excellent customer service to their customers. In this role you will work closely with other departments and external agencies to build relationships and deliver their strategic objectives. You'll also be required to keep up to date with current legislation and provide accurate and relevant advice to both their internal and external customers.
     
    You must have strong communication skills, have experience in administration and work well as part of a team. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to use computerised systems and ideally have an SVQ Level3 (or equivalent) in Administration or a similar subject. You'll also preferably have some knowledge of Welfare Reform and Housing Benefit legislation. For this post you will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Disclosure Scotland check.
