    Post: Temporary Contract/Secondment Scheme Manager

    Hours: 27 per week

    Salary: £29,392 pro rata

    Home-Start Dunfermline is a charity operating in Dunfermline and SW Fife providing support to families with children under the age of 5. Support is offered through 1:1 Volunteer support and in group settings. The Temporary Scheme Manager (Sickness cover) will have operational management responsibility for Home-Start Dunfermline which includes managing the staff team, funding and budgets including negotiating contracts and making new funding applications, recording and reporting to key stakeholders, networking, representing the organisation at a local and national level and reporting to and working with the Trustees on all governance and quality assurance elements.
