Why not pop in to the Dementia and Delirium Carers' Cafe at Victoria Hospital.
The cafe is open to all relatives, friends and carers, and also staff members, who might be caring for someone with dementia and want to know more about the condition, or get information about support available to you as a carer. It is an informal event where you can socialise with other carers over a cup of tea or coffee, and talk with staff from Alzheimer Scotland and NHS Fife Dementia Post Diagnostic Support team.
the cafe runs on the last Thursday of each month, full dates and details can be found on the Cafe flyer.
