Our tenants are voluntary sector organisations enjoying low rents, no service charges, no insurance recharges and no lengthy notice periods should they wish to move out. They benefit from shared resources and fully serviced facilities, as well as discounted access to meeting and venue space.
Dedicated office space available now
We have been operating at 100% occupancy for some time now, but due to moving to new premises in Glenrothes in March, he have a medium sized office that has just become available. The room is a very good size, accommodating up to 10 desks comfortably. Contact us now to arrange a viewing and see for yourself how good an opportunity this is. We operate a first-come, first-served policy on all office space.Desk space available too
If that space is too big and you just want somewhere for 1 or 2 staff members, why not consider renting desks within FVA's large open plan office area? Other organisations did this at our last office before securing dedicated premises. It's very flexible and affordable - with staff benefiting from all of the same resources as FVA's staff, easy access to FVA staff for support and of course, some company!
