    The Strategic Plan is the plan Fife Health & Social Care Partnership use to focus and develop the health and social care priorities for the people of Fife.
     
    Over the past three years they have achieved a great deal, delivering essential services to thousands of people every day – but are they getting this right? Are they meeting the needs of the communities in Fife? Are they using their resources to get the best value? Are they prepared for the future?
     
    Colleagues have been working with staff, partners, communities and representatives from the third and independent sectors – collating views to develop a draft plan. They now need more input from all Fifers to understand if they have the priorities right.
     
    This is a great opportunity to use their experiences and knowledge to help drive how they deliver services for the next three years. Your views are essential to this.
     
    Click here to view the draft plan. They have to incorporate a lot of information into this but the key areas they need you to consider are the priorities. They have developed five priorities based on feedback. Do you agree with these?
     
    Please let them know what you think by completing the short online survey. The survey will be available until Sunday 12 May 2019.

    Using the survey responses, they can then develop the final plan for the next three years.
