    Post: Technical Services Assistant

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £23,021 - £25,030 per annum

    You should be educated to SVQ level 3 or HNC with either a construction/surveying or administration qualification and ideally you will have experience within a similar setting, although technical training will be provided if required.
    You will be responsible for providing project and administration support within the Technical Services Team. This will involve liaising with external consultants and contractors, updating databases, preparing information for reporting and taking forward small contracts with support. You should therefore be a confident communicator and be able to demonstrate an ability to form and maintain good relationships with contractors, tenants and colleagues. You will have good organisational and IT skills and be open to develop new skills. 
    You will need to have a driving licence and access to a car for business use. You will also be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Disclosure Scotland check.
