  • Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland - Living Well After Stroke

    Created: 10/04/2019
    News/Events Category: Community Events

    When: 10.00am-3.00pm, Saturday 11 May 2019
Where: Dewars Centre, Glover Street, Perth, PH2 0TH
This event is being organised by Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland

It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland, together with Different Strokes, are planning a gathering for people of working age who have had a stroke and others affected by this. The format of the day will give plenty of opportunity for discussion.

The event will cover topics such as returning to work, dealing with low mood, managing money worries, the effect on family life and keeping socially connected and active. The charities are hoping to gain valuable insight from people’s lived experiences and develop future services with the stroke survivors’ needs in mind.
