This event is being organised by The Museums Association
It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.The Museums Association would like to invite you to Partnerships with Purpose.
Community groups and charities from across Scotland are welcome. Museums want to learn from the voluntary sector and work together as active and equal partners. Together we will identify shared aims and explore how partnerships can benefit local people, for example enhancing opportunities and health.
There will be networking with museums, community groups, charities and social enterprises, with great examples and time to talk. It will be enjoyable and useful. Refreshments will be provided, including a meal and drinks.At 2.00 - 5.30pm the event opens with short talks, followed by facilitated networking and small group discussions. 5.30 - 7.30pm will be informal networking, key note speeches, alongside wine and a light dinner.
Participants are encouraged to come for the whole event and are welcome at either section.
