Hours: 21 per week
Salary: £10.00 per hour
You will provide administrative support to the Manager of the scheme and Management Board as appropriate and agreed, to ensure the efficient administration of FMF office. You will be expected to work within the ethos of FMF and have high standards of practice. The need to respect confidentiality is paramount, as is a mature and flexible approach to the work. Out of hours working may be required to meet the needs of the service. This may involve evening meetings and attendance of events at weekend. This position will involve travelling to external organisations. The main purposes of the job include:
- To provide administrative support to the Manager of the scheme and Management Board as appropriate and agreed;
- To assist in the management of finance, ensuring that all financial transactions undertaken are in accordance with the company's financial regulations;
- To ensure the efficient administration of FMF office.
The post holder will require:
- Excellent organisational skills;
- A high level of I.T. skills;
- The ability to work in a high pressure environment, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
