Hours: 36 per week
Salary: £25,297 per annum
Kingdom Support & Care are expanding their Positive Behaviour Support team so this is a new and exciting role created to support this development. The role will involve providing direct input to services to develop, implement and monitor a range of support plans, including positive behaviour support plans and wellness plans for supported individuals as well as delivering training both in a classroom setting and in services with supported individuals and staff members.
You will be confident and able to engage with people from many different backgrounds. You will be able to problem solve and be creative in thinking and identifying the correct approaches to the many issues you shall be working with. You will have a high level of skill and knowledge in positive behaviour support and other approaches to support and be able to demonstrate how you have applied this in support settings.
You will have a solutions focused approach to your work and your interactions with people. You will be positive and enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
