    Post: Administrative Officer

    Hours: 35 per week

    Salary: £19,887 - £21,918

    Kingdom Housing Association's Customer Contact Team is part of their wider Housing Department, working to create a positive experience for their customers by providing housing information and advice, helping tenants with payments, reporting or providing advice on repairs and dealing with neighbour or service complaints.

    You will have experience of providing excellent customer service, both face to face and over the telephone, have relevant administrative experience and be a confident verbal and written communicator. You should be proficient in the Microsoft Office packages, have the ability to plan and organise your workload, take responsibility for the decisions you make and be able to manage competing demands and deadlines.
