    Post: Electrician (Multi-Skilled Operative)

    Hours: 38 per week

    Salary: up to £28,771

    Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Their Electricians work as part of Asset Management's in-house maintenance team, carrying out alterations, repairs and maintenance work in their properties.

    You should be a qualified electrician or approved electrician, you will carry out periodic inspections, repairs and alterations to their housing stock and offices. Several years experience in a maintenance environment is desirable.

    You must also be able to demonstrate a flexible approach as you will be required to participate in the out of hours emergency call rota, with a rota currently of 1 week on in 5. In addition you will be paid overtime rates for all work carried out when on call. They also regularly offer overtime working during busy periods.
