    Post: Support Worker and Waking Night Staff

    Hours: Various shift patterns available

    Salary: £17,745 (unqualified), £18,197 (qualified) pro rata

    You will be responsible for delivering high quality support to nine individuals in their own homes, all living within one area in a core and cluster model. You will have a positive, person-centred approach, an understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by people with severe and enduring mental illness and be passionate about helping people to have fulfilling lives. You will be required to support people in their own homes, to develop and maintain independent living skills and to take part in activities in the community.

    This service may require you to be trained in CALM - Crisis, Aggression,Limitation and Management and physical intervention techniques, if you have not had any training this will be provided to you.
