    Post: Asset Management Assistant

    Hours: 18 per week

    Salary: £19,887 - £21,915 per annum/pro rata

    This is a new post within their administrative team which provides support to the department in areas such as void and mutual exchanges, meter credit/exchanges, gas servicing and maintenance, cyclical and planned maintenance works and medical adaptation requests. You will be involved with the monitoring of their service via mobile working software, tenant satisfaction surveys, complaints and preparing statistics and reports. You will also process advice notes, invoices and credit notes, issue work orders and inspection lines, process and allocate emergency works and participate in stocktakes.
