    Post: Senior Clerk of Works

    Hours: Full-time

    Salary: £32,865 - £37,555

    Kingdom Housing Association's mission is to provide ‘More than a Home’. They will develop more than 2,000 new affordable homes across Fife, Clackmannanshire, Perth and Kinross and Falkirk over the next 5 years, so this is an exciting time to join their Development Team.

    You will:

    • Provide a Clerk of Works service across multiple housing projects at all stages of design and construction ensuring all work is undertaken to the required standard and specification.
    • Manage work allocations and performance of the Clerks of Works.

    You will be required to have a full UK driving license and a car for business use.
