Post: Support Practitioner
Hours: 16-39 per week
Salary: £17,745 per annum
The Richmond Fellowship Scotland make a real difference in supporting people with their everyday lives. They have an exciting opportunity to support individuals that have come into contact with the criminal justice system. This can include assisting people in their own home to manage day to day life or personal care or helping to promote a positive, active and healthy lifestyle.
They support over 2500 individuals with a variety of needs, some may have physical and/or learning disabilities and Mental Health some with limited verbal communication and some with challenging behaviour.
Each person they support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life. Previous experience is great but a full training program is offered to everyone who joins the Richmond Fellowship Scotland, so even if this is a new career path for you, they would love to meet you.
