    Colmcille is a partnership between Bòrd na Gàidhlig and Foras na Gaeilge and the two organisations work together to implement the partnership’s priorities in Scotland and in Ireland.

    Initiatives should support of at least one of the following priorities:

    • promoting dialogue and the sharing of best practice in support of Gaelic and Irish usage;
    • projects which link schools to undertake a joint project;
    • projects which aim to support greater understanding of the links between Gaelic heritage in Scotland and in Ireland;
    • projects in support of Slighe Chaluim Chille (St Columba Trail).
