    Post: Part-time Office Administrator

    Hours: 10 per week

    Salary: £9.00 per hour

    Hayfield Community Centre is looking for a new part-time Office Administrator for the Centre, a busy resource for the local community, recently refurbished to provide a bright, airy, pleasant facility open every day for use by a wide range of groups and classes. The Centre is run by a voluntary committee of local people, charity trustees of Hayfield Community Centre Management (HCCM), a Scottish Community Incorporated organization (SCIO), working to benefit local people of all ages and managing opportunities for healthy social, leisure and community activities in the Centre.

    After a period of exciting growth in its services, and the setting up of appropriate administrative systems to support this by the present Office Administrator, HCCM are keen to recruit a new Office Administrator to succeed in this important post, to consolidate its administrative systems and take forward its expanding vision for the Centre with efficiency and good humour! The successful candidate will work in their new office, coordinating administrative back-up, recording bookings, maintaining the office systems, regularly updating publicity and acting as receptionist to the public, often in their first contact with the Community Centre.
