Fife Centre for Equalities (FCE) is seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Officer for an immediate start to provide cover until the end of March 2019 due to funding.
Finance and Administration Officer, 21 hours per week
£22,000 per annum pro rata (£13,200 gross), plus 7% employer’s contribution to an auto enrolment pension scheme
FCE is a small team with big aspirations and we are looking for someone with previous experience in finance and office management to ensure the organisation operates efficiently and consistently.
This is largely a stand-alone post, so we are looking for someone who can quickly get to grips with a range of payroll, payment processing and administrative activities. We still need you to be a team player though, helping organise events and other activities to drive FCE’s objectives.
You will be skilled in utilising financial software and a range of office packages and will have the competence, confidence and initiative to undertake a broad range of administrative activities in a busy office environment.
