    Post: Reception/Admin Assistant

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £5.90-£7.83 per hour depending on age

    The post-holder will work along with the rest of the team, reporting and seeking advice through regular informal contact with the Corporate Business Coordinator.

    Job Purpose: To assist in the provision of clerical and administrative support for Fife Cultural Trust.

    Key Tasks & Responsibilities include:

    • To provide a clerical and administration service;
    • Ensure the appropriate degree of confidentiality in all work undertaken;
    • Undertake word processing and related tasks as required.
