Feather Shiatsu - Free Shiatsu Treatments
Created: 31/10/2018Ewa will be offering free Shiatsu treatments every Wednesday in November and December. Shiatsu is a Japanese holistic therapy where receiver is treated on the floor, fully clothed. Thumb or palm pressure are used to treat areas on the body, stretches and other techniques can also be used. They used to treat at Grampian Women's Aid for over 2 years and their service users enjoyed benefits of Shiatsu e.g. Better sleep, more relaxed, joint and back pain relief. (if receivers are uncomfortable with receiving free treatments they will accept donations)
