    Learn how to make herbal oils and balms that can be created easily in your kitchen, with herbalist Simone Melanie. You will learn about different herbs that can be used, such as Calendula and St John's Wort, and make a Warming Winter Rub to help soothe aches and pains in this colder weather to take home. They'll discuss herbal infusions and oils, and how you can use them to support your health in winter. They'll try some herbal tea and discuss recipes that can be made to nourish us over the colder months.

    Full price: £20 Greener Kirkcaldy members/volunteers: £18 Concessions: £10 (e.g. pensioners, students, unemployed, receiving benefits).
