    Created: 25/09/2018
    News/Events Category: Funding and Finance

The deadline for applications to the Scottish Government's small grant fund has been extended until 31 October. The fund is available to small voluntary organisations and community groups in Scotland to help them run an event with a group of five or more people to discuss what matters to them in relation to democracy.  You must have a turnover of less than £100,000 to apply.

You can find more information about the fund at  https://www.voluntaryactionfund.org.uk/funding-and-support/democracy-matters-community-engagement-fund.

It is really important that Scottish Government hears from as many voices across Scotland's communities as possible and they encourage you to promote the review around your communities. More details on the Review and resources for groups to hold their own conversations on what matters to them at www.gov.scot/democracymatters.
