    Post: Digital Support Worker

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £16,776 - £18,810

    This post will deliver Short term Housing Support (STHS) through social media and/or face to face contact. This is a developmental post which seeks to utilise a variety of approaches to sustain contact with hard to reach groups/individuals identified as requiring housing support. A key aspect of the post is to develop good practice when applying the new Care Standards online. The post holder will be line managed by the Lead for Homelessness Prevention and supported indirectly by the Lead for STHS. 

    The post holder is expected to create innovative opportunities which facilitate and assist individuals using a strength based approach therefore, it is essential for the post holder to have a firm understanding of best practice in delivering client focused housing support.
