It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.The Fife ESiF Challenge Fund 2019-22 makes reference to taking a human rights based approach to employability service design and delivery using the key principles of PANEL: Participation, Accountability, Non-discrimination, Empowerment and Legality.
This workshop is designed for potential bidders to the ESiF Challenge Fund 2019-22.
Participants will:
- Gain an oversight of the historic context behind human rights-based approaches and how they apply in Scotland and in an employability context;
- Understand their relevance to the ESiF Challenge Fund 2019-22 and the Plan4Fife;
- Take an in-depth look at the key principles of PANEL and how they have been applied in other sectors;
- Discuss how this might apply and be relevant to employability in Fife - what do services already do and what might they wish to develop or change for the future.
