This workshop is designed for potential bidders to the ESiF Challenge Fund 2019-22.
Gain an oversight of the historic context behind human rights-based approaches and how they apply in Scotland and in an employability context;
Understand their relevance to the ESiF Challenge Fund 2019-22 and the Plan4Fife;
Take an in-depth look at the key principles of PANEL and how they have been applied in other sectors;
Discuss how this might apply and be relevant to employability in Fife - what do services already do and what might they wish to develop or change for the future.
