It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.This workshop is aimed at helping carers of adults and older people with physical or mental ill health, physical or learning disability, frailty or addiction. it aims to help find out some of the things it's useful to know about when you are caring for someone and will cover information on the following topics:
- Power of Attorney and Guardianship;
- Welfare Benefits;
- Carer Support planning;
- Planning for an Emergency;
- Future Planning;
- Who else can help;
- Keeping track and staying organised.
You will also be provided with a Carers Toolkit to help you store information that's handy to hang on to.
