    Post: Maintenance Assistant

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £22,525 - £24,491

    Kingdom Housing Association are looking for a motivated and customer focused person to join their Asset Management department for an approximate 12 month period, starting September 2018.

    You will work in their Maintenance Team helping to deliver an efficient and high quality maintenance service for their tenants and customers. The role will include carrying out inspections, diagnosing problems and instructing work associated with routine & emergency repairs, change of tenancy repairs and other categories of repairs and minor works as required in their properties and offices. Your will be based at their Depot at Boston Road, Glenrothes, however you will be required to work and travel throughout the area of their operations. You will be provided with a van to carry out your role therefore a current driving licence is essential.
