    Post: Volunteering Development Coordinator Post
    Hours: 14 hours per week
    Salary: £25,000 (£9,600 pro-rata)

    The successful applicant will manage, recruit, support and develop new and existing volunteers for the project across the Community Hub, Garden and Orchard, including supporting disadvantaged individuals facing barriers in in their lives. To support Rosyth Community Project Limited's (RCPL) partnership contribution to other organisations and project stakeholders, promoting volunteering as a stepping stone to employment.

    To work with other organisations to provide meaningful volunteering opportunities in the project which deliver good outcomes for volunteers, the project and the organisation.
