Opportunities Fife Partnership Challenge Fund Framework 2019-2022

News/Events Category: Funding and FinanceAfter several rounds of discussions, workshops and consultations on the various drafts of this Challenge Fund Framework, OFP are very pleased to present the final version.
With the publication/circulation of the Challenge Fund Framework 2019-2022, the OFP would like to invite delivery partners to think about the types of Employability programmes that they would like to deliver over the next 3 years. Considering how these will link to the local and National agendas, and how they will address the priorities outlined by the OFP.
The Challenge Fund Framework will be posted on Public Contracts Scotland in the next week and OFP will be requesting expressions of interest from potential delivery partners.
Those potential partners who have submitted notes of interest will be sent an OFP Challenge Fund 2019-2022 Application Template, which must be completed and submitted by the specified deadline.
The submitted proposals will be scored by an OFP panel and recommendations considered by the OFP Executive Group.
It is the OFPs intention that contract award letters will be issued in December 2018, ahead of programme delivery commencing on 1 April 2019.

The following Timescales apply:
- Expressions of Interest should be submitted by going to clicking here by 3rd August 2018. The Challenge Fund Application pack will then be sent out.
- Potential providers will have the opportunity to ask questions and if necessary, meet with the OFP Manager until the end of August.
- Completed Challenge Fund Applications should be submitted no later than 5pm, 28th September 2018.
