On Friday 31 August Active Fife are holding their 7th annual Go for Gold event. This is their Physical Activity and Sports event for (frail) older adults.

This year will be their biggest so far and they are looking for volunteers to help them assist with the activities and keep the score. This might suit a workplace that is looking to help the community.

The event is from 11.00am to approx.1.30pm but set up and take down will be 30 mins either side of that. The event this year takes place in Michael Woods Leisure Centre, Glenrothes.

If you are interested in volunteering please e-mail [email protected].
