    Post: Training and Development Worker

    Hours: 21 per week

    Salary: £24,459 pro-rata

    Fife Advocacy Forum supports and develops independent advocacy across Fife. The Forum is looking to employ a Training and Development Worker to support their work over the next year.

    The successful candidate will support the Forum to carry out its work plan arising from the new 2018-2021 Fife Advocacy Strategy. With the Forum members the key purpose of the post will be to develop and deliver both an Advocacy Awareness Raising Programme across Fife, and a Training Programme to support and build capacity of the Advocacy Forum members.
