    Post: Operations Manager

    Hours: 35 per week

    Salary: £28,000 per annum

    The key elements of the role are:

    • To develop, plan and manage FEAT Trading CIC’s day-to-day operations in Silverburn Park, and oversight and co-ordination of the “Friends of Silverburn” group to develop events and other additional revenue streams that will enable the organisation to deliver its aim.
    • To manage and develop the existing staff team and volunteers through the provision of supervision, appraisal and personal development plans.

    The successful candidate should be familiar with volunteer management processes, operating a fast-moving and often complex role with a wide variety of key stakeholders and partners.

    You will be based in their office within Silverburn Park and the role will be subject to some evening and weekend working and a PVG check.
