    Hours: 25 per week

    Salary: £8.25 per hour

    The successful candidate will be required to provide confidential and comprehensive administrative support to the Employment Development Department. Working as part of a team you will need a flexible approach to assisting Employment Support Officers to meet contract requirements. It will be necessary to maintain effective administration systems and to facilitate the smooth operation of the service. This is a fixed term opportunity until 31 March 2019.

    Skills and experience needed for this role include;

    • Proven experience in a similar administration role;
    • Excellent organisation, IT and numerical skills;
    • Experience using excel and producing reports;
    • Ability to produce business correspondence and update service database;
    • Ability to assist clients with job search and identify new opportunities.
