Helping each other to lead the change that we are all calling to see happen in the world

This workshop aims to look at the difference that it makes to the wellbeing of our selves and our society when we risk including our hearts in our daily interactions. In other words, when we dare to choicefully include our feelings as well as our thoughts and our opinions in our daily interactions and decisions.

In childhood we learn to hide our feelings in an effort to feel safe; learning instead to express our self symptomatically from our feelings or from logic and reason instead. But now as we see the price of this protective behaviour on our selves our children and our societies when we carry this behaviour over into adulthood; we eventually come to realise that something important is missing and needs to change.

This half day event is about awakening, enlightening and evolving our society from where it has got to so far; to where it is meant to be. This collective evolution coming about by starting from the only true place that we can ever start: in the present moment, and with our self in relation to what is arising. But for us to find and establish that better way of being, and create a better world for all, we need to help each other create it.

So with that said, this event then aims to show us how that change naturally unfolds when we come together from our hearts and souls, as well as logic, reason and thought. That there is a loving holistic grace to life that gently leads us forward when we get out of its way with all of our answers and cleverness.

For the change that we seek to happen, we need to stop trying to do it and see that there is a greater power at work than ourselves.

And that we are just getting in its way.

A light sandwich lunch will be provided - please remember to advise us of any dietary requirements when you book your place.
