This session will enable employers and managers to create a greater awareness around alcohol and drugs in their workplace and provide them with the knowledge and skills to deal with issues as they arise.
This training is designed to give information and guidance to employers to help deal with workplace issues on both alcohol and drugs. Delivered through blended learning the course consists of an elearning component followed by 3 hours face to face training. It provides managers and supervisors with the information, knowledge and skills required to deal effectively with alcohol and drugs at work. The elearning component is referred to throughout the session and completion is required prior to attending.
