    Post: Tenancy Share Residential Support Worker
    Hours: 36 hours per week (Shift working - no overnights)
    Salary: £16,848

    The duties are diverse and numerous, but relate to positive and effective working with clients accommodated within a residential environment, all of whom present with varying levels of need.

    Trust in Fife promote Tenancy Share as a sustainable housing option for clients and are seeking motivated people who are looking for a challenge in dealing with vulnerable homeless clients and their housing and support issues.

    Applicants should be excellent communicators, be qualified to SVQ Level II (or equivalent) in an appropriate subject and have a full driving licence. Experience in working with homeless people in a similar situation would be advantageous but not essential.
