    The new round of the Self Management Fund: Working Together to Strengthen Integration has been opened. This is a £500,000 Fund which focusses on investing in third sector led, self management approaches which work to strengthen the Health and Social Care Integration Agenda and work innovatively to overcome some of the barriers to third sector involvement. This is an opportunity for third sector and their statutory sector partners to work together over a short period to demonstrate and build capacity for self management approaches to be strengthened in integration partnerships. 

    Organisations can apply for 12 – 18 months of funding, for up to £30,000.
